My Rankings after Week Three: College Football Rankings

South Carolina upset #5 Georgia 38-35. #10 USC fell to Boston College in a surprise. #15 Louisville and #16 Virginia Tech both fell. Upsets happened teams are waiting to get in!

FSU needs to wake up this weekend against Clemson. #2 Alabama hosts an undefeated Florida. #5 Oklahoma visits West Virginia in another big game. #6 Auburn visits #16 Kansas State. #17 Mississippi State visits #8 LSU. #19 UNC will get tested against East Carolina. #24 Virginia at #14 BYU is an important game for both teams.

 Here are my rankings after week three :

1) Florida State University Seminoles (2-0) did not play. FSU defeated The Citadel 37-12. FSU will host Clemson in a key ACC Game on Saturday.

2) Alabama Crimson Tide  (3-0) continued to roll with a 52-12 thrashing of Southern Miss. Alabama hosts Florida on Saturday.

3) Oregon Ducks (3-0) crushed Wyoming as expected 48-14. The Ducks visit Washington State on Saturday.

4) Texas AM Aggies (3-0) whipped Rice 38-10. The Aggies visit SMU on Saturday.

5) Oklahoma Sooners (3-0) looked strong in a 34-10 win over Tennessee. The Sooners visit West Virginia on Saturday.

6) Auburn Tigers (2-0) did not play. The Tigers get back in action by visiting Kansas State on Thursday.

7) Baylor Bears (3-0) smeared Buffalo 63-21. The Bears enjoy a week off.

8) LSU Tigers (3-0) shutout Louisiana-Monroe 31-0. After two shutouts in a row the Tigers entertain Mississippi State on Saturday.

9) Notre Dame Fighting Irish (3-0) cruised past Purdue 30-14. The Irish enjoy a week off.

10) Arizona State Wildcats (3-0) beat Colorado 38-24. The Wildcats enjoy a week off. 

11) Mississippi Rebels (3-0) rolled past Louisiana 56-15. Ole Miss gets a week to rest.

12) UCLA Bruins (3-0) topped Texas 20-17. The Bruins have a week off.

13) Nebraska Corhnuskers (3-0) turned it up against Fresno State 55-19. The Cornhuskers host Miami on Saturday.

14) BYU Cougars (3-0) topped Houston 33-25. The Cougars host Virginia on Saturday.

15) Missouri Tigers (3-0) dominated Central Florida 38-10. The Tigers host Indiana on Saturday.

16) Kansas State Wildcats (2-0) did not play. The Wildcats host #6 Auburn on Thursday.

17) Mississippi State Bulldogs (3-0) beat South Alabama 35-3. The Bulldogs visit #8 LSU on Saturday.

18) Wisconsin Badgers (1-1) did not play. The Badgers host Bowling Green on Saturday.

19) North Carolina Tar Heels (2-0) did not play. The Tar Heels visit East Carolina on Saturday.

20) South Carolina Gamecocks (2-1) nipped Georgia 38-35.  The Gamecocks visit Vanderbilt on Saturday.

21) Washington Huskies (3-0) routed Illinois 44-19. The Huskies host Georgia State on Saturday.

22) Pittsburgh Panthers (3-0) defeated Florida International 42-25. Victory over Boston College looks more impressive. The Panthers host Iowa on Saturday.

23) Georgia Bulldogs (1-1) lost to South Carolina 38-35. The Bulldogs regroup against Troy on Saturday.

24) Virginia Cavaliers (2-1) upset Louisville 23-21. The Cavs visit BYU on Saturday their third ranked opponent of the season.

25) Northern Illinois Huskies (3-0) defeated UNLV 48-34. The Huskies visit  Arkansas on Saturday.
