It is going to be a busy day on my blog today. I didn't want to miss the fun of a Monday's Music Moves Me dance party. The theme for today is April Showers, in other words songs about rain. Let's start the party off by getting the Led out!
Led Zeppelin "The Rain Song"
I'm all over the place "Singing in the Rain" by Gene Kelly
Some people are "Only Happy When it Rains" (Garbage)
Blue Rodeo "Rain Down On Me"
B.J. Thomas "Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head"
Phil Collins (featuring Eric Clapton) "I Wish it Would Rain Down"
Hope you enjoyed and I will see you soon!

Mike,
You shared a nice mix of newbie tunes and oldies. I found Garbage to have a cool sound and intrigue to listen to more of their mewsic. Thanks for joining the 4M gang on the dance floor. Have boogietastic week, my friend!
There are some really good tunes here. You just can't go wrong with Gene Kelly & Singing in The Rain. I do miss the voice of B.J. Thomas. I really like the Phil Collins number. Well done. Have a blessed week.
Great songs. I enjoyed all of them. Thanks for sharing them.
Very nice set
Who doesn't love Singing in the Rain. I just watched Butch Cassidy and this song works in the film and doesn't slow it down
That is one of my favorite Garbage tunes! Great share today. The Blogosphere is definitely busy. So many posts!
Love the songs you picked!
Wow! What a wonderful line-up you have here! Dang, I don't know which one to comment on first except that we do have one song alike, which is "Singin' in the Rain"! Never heard that Garbage Only or whatever it was, and Raindrops on my head haven't heard that one since I saw the movie. Yep, great line up here my friend! Thanks for joining us!
Nice set with Garbage being my fave.
A great set, between Singing in the Rain and Raindrops Keep Falling on my Head. The Garbage and Blue Rodeo songs were new to me and I have to say the Blue Rodeo started as "meh" but as I kept listening it came alive. Thank you for the rainy day songs (it rained, sleeted and snowed today where I live in New York State - sigh!)
What an awesome mix of music, Mike! Many were new to me, but of course Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head and Singing in the Rain I know and love. Oh, and of course Phil Collins song is a favorite, too. :) Thanks for the dance!
