35 years ago peace wasn't given a chance as four bullets penetrated the back of John Lennon. 10 minutes later Mr. Lennon was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital.

Thirty five years later there is no peace. Sometimes it is hard to "Imagine"..
Maybe it is "Instant Karma"
Maybe someday we will find peace

Thanks for remembering John, good buddy Mike. I'll always remember that terrible night. I was working as a TV news producer on the 11 o'clock newscast and heard the 5 bells ring on the wire service machines. 5 bells indicates that a major breaking story is crossing the wires. I raced over and read the words in disbelief - the flash announcing that John had been shot to death. I ripped the story from the machine, ran to the set and handed it to our anchor. With tears in his eyes he delivered the grim news to our viewing audience. I'm still upset over it. We was robbed.
All we are saying is give peace a chance. I was so sad when I learned he was gone.
