Battle of the Bands: California Dreaming



Welcome to my Battle of the Bands number 12! This month marks a new year! Last month my selections went with the Holiday theme. This month I will go with a Winter theme to kick off 2015.

R.I.P Bobby Womack

Bobby Womack has passed away at the age of 70. Soul legend, songwriter master, singer, guitarist Bobby Womack will be missed..


He wrote that song and now sadly it is our time to cry since "It is All over Now." A song covered most famously by The Rolling Stones ..

Lineup Bonnaroo 2014: A Few Big Names and The Rest of the Story

Over 125 bands and over 30 comedians are coming to the farm in Manchester, Tennessee for Bonnaroo 2014. I could probably blog on that lineup until the festival starts. So, I will wrap it up with this post. I will start out mentioning some of the bigger names and go from there.
