Monday's Music Moves Me:Breakfast

This week's theme is a freebie, so I went with Breakfast. It is important to start your day with a bowl full of nutritious Rock and Roll!

Robert Plant "Tie Dye on the Highway"

Supertramp "Breakfast in America"

If your not driving The Doors provides some breakfast options in "Roadhouse Blues"

We could just go to Tiffany's...

Thank you Deep Blue Something for the suggestion! Well welcome to Rocktober! Thanks for joining me for breakfast and stay tuned for some more posts!

You shared some new-to-me tunes. The first two are my favorites, I especially liked "Tie Dye on the Highway". Just thought you'd like to know the Supertramp vid doesn't work but I did check it out on YouTube because I didn't recall the title which happens to be another new one for my ears. It has an interesting mewsical mix with the horns and woodwind instruments kinda giving the tune an almost vintage spin. It's great having you on the dance floor with the 4M gang. Have a tunetastic week, my friend and keep those tunes spinnin'!

I've read that the Beatles' song "Good Morning" from Sgt Pepper was inspired by an old Kellogg's Corn Flakes commercial. That seems like a good one to add to your list.

Now THIS is a healthy breakfast! Well done! I may come back for seconds. By the way, the Supertramp video is not playing, it says it is unavailable.

Hey Mike,
I never heard Tie Dye on the Highway. Thanks for the introduction.
And Breakfast in America: great song, great album! Love me some Supertramp!
The Doors really take me back.
All these songs I'm sure are great for breakfast, but I must say, they go equally well with dinner too... :)
