R.I. P. Clarence Clemons

Sad news today regarding Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band's sax player Clarence Clemons he passed away. He died at the age of 69, the cause was related to his recent stroke. He gained fame by performing with Bruce for 40 some years. However, his fame was well deserved as a sax player. He also did sessions for Aretha Franklin and Lady Gaga.

Here he is performing his solo on the Springsteen tune "Jungleland"

The second one is Clarence performing the National Anthem,,,

It is sad when a talent passes away

Wow. I did not even hear about this. Of course, I haven't had much time to watch the news. This is so sad. I remember that song he had...I think it's called "You're a Friend of Mine" or something like that. I probably won't be able to get that out of my head for a while now. RIP Clarence.
