Monday's Music Moves Me: Remember/Forget

Another great topic by John for this round of Monday's Music Moves Me songs that relate to remember/forget. Great for a Monday rush out the door! However, I don't think they write songs about forgetting your badge, your keys, or remembering you have your daughter's book bag when you arrive at work!

Let' start with "I Can't Recall" by The Everly Brothers, performed by Phil...

Peter Gabriel   "I Don't Remember"....

Alan Jackson...."Remember When"...

Adele "Don't You Remember"

I will throw in this one as the forget song!  Cee Lo Green "Forget You"

Some classic rock, some superstars, some country something to dance too! Thanks for visiting I hope you enjoyed!

Oh my gosh, you did a great job with this theme that's for sure! If we were running a contest I'd say you'd get the gold cup! Peter Gabriel, man that has to be the first cut of that song that's for sure & really early on in his career. Loved it and Celo... that song is too funny... hehehe! Yes, I know the real words.. LOL! Adele's is always a favorite... and WOW i NEVER seen a pic of either Everly brother with this kind of hair do at all much less ever heard this song. Had to be late in their careers... GREAT JOB my friend, you have ROCKED the house! hugs

I'm not familiar with Alan Jackson's songs, but that is a pretty one.
I love the Ceelo Green song! I sang that at a karaoke party once and people were laughing at the lyrics "He's an Xbox and I'm more an Atari." They never really listened to the lyrics closely. Funny, funny song.

Some great songs here, Mike. Couldn't find anything about "I Can't Recall," but it sounds like another hit by Felice & Boudleaux Bryant. Kind of funny to hear just Phil.
