It's been a while but I will join the 4m blog hop today! The fun theme is songs about Flowers and/or Gardens.
"Dead Flowers" The Rolling Stones
The Grateful Dead "Sugar Magnolia"
Scott McKenzie "San Francisco"
Tom Petty "Wildflowers"
"Octopus's Garden" The Beatles
"Wicked Garden" Stone Temple Pilots
"Every Rose Has a Thorn" Poison
Seal "Kiss from Rose"
David Lee Roth "Yankee Rose"
A little something for everyone! Enjoy and I will be back soon!

Have a safetastic week
It's odd to see Jagger so young. I love the San Francisco song, the Beatles, Poison, and Seal. Great picks!
Great choices today, Mike!
Such a classic playlist. It is close to perfect. Very nice.
I must say many tunes I did know, but some I didn't so your posting are very interesting. Octopus' garden by the Beatles is so cool, and Wildflowers by Tom Petty I haven't thought of in a long time, so pretty. Every Rose has its thorn my husband use to play that song in his band. Very pretty song I must say. I saw him Poison at the Arcada a theater near my house. He's quite young in this video that's for sure. Seal's Kiss from a Rose is so pretty, and David Lee Roth "Yankee Rose" I never heard before, so I can definitely say you have rocked the house my friend! Have a fun Memorial Day and be safe, be healthy and most of all be. Hugs
Forgot about "San Francisco," which, even if it doesn't have flowers in the title, they're sort of all over that song. Nice list!
Mike,
I'm glad you joined the 4M crew this week. You shared some of great song picks, many I've had the privilege to boogie to already this morning but I never tire of good mewsic. "San Francisco" is a fabulous oldie and probably my favorite of your features. Have a boogietastic week. Take care and stay healthy, my friend!
Loved the songs, San Francisco is our favourite and Poison, absolutely fabulous 😸Pawkisses for a Happy Weekend🐾😽💞
This set got me a rockin', especially with Stone Temple Pilots and Poison. San Francisco was a fav of mine back in the 60's, although I never became a hippie (and I've never been to the city, only its airport). The Beatles, Tom Petty and the Dead made it complete.
