Why is it I only like okra mixed in a bowl of gumbo? Is okra a vegetable to be picky about? Maybe, my wife only likes it extra crispy. Of course she is talking about fried okra.

Okra...I've never eaten it. Thought I'd tried most veggies; but not sure it's around this side of The Mason Dixon Line...must ask my Dad, used to be a Produce Man.
