I rang in Rocktober with two artists tangling with Led Zeppelin's Heartbreaker. The guitar master Steve Morse could only manage one vote, while a blues funk version by Alvin Youngblood Hart ran away with five votes.

Most of the voters were apparently on the same wavelength as I was. Morse was technically very good, but Youngblood was more original. I guess he added some "young blood" to the song?
