That ice-cold beer I mentioned in the first post was a Belikin. The beer of Belize and after getting through customs which wasn't that awful was just what I needed in the Belize City Airport to calm my nerves.

I did try other Belizean brews and Caribbean beers however I found Belikin to be a solid consistent choice and a darn good beer! My opinion based on my own purchased and to my knowledge Belikin is not available to purchase in the United States. When I was in the Navy, I made two week trips to Belize for several years. I loved it. AND Belikin.
A beer would be the right thing to have after your travels. I never heard of this beer either.
