I'm back with another Monday's Music Moves Me. It is the Holidays, and the theme is Christmas Songs, and I am going with a Christmas Week version.

What am I getting for Christmas?

Stan Freberg "Nuttin' for Christmas"

Gene Autry "Here Comes Santa Claus"

Bing Crosby " Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer"

Chuck Berry "Run Rudolph Run"

Celtic Woman "Silent Night"

I wish you all a Merry Christmas!

  2. Loved silent night! I have been fortunate to see Celtic women twice, tho I know singers have been changed over the years but their sounds are magical.

  6. Mike,

I'm sure you'll find a little something under the tree on Christmas. lol What a nice collection of music as the big day approaches all too fast. Where did this month go anyhow? I'm happy you decided to join us on the 4M dance floor again, dear friend. Have a joyful holiday and may God's blessings follow you throughout the new year!

  8. Nuttin' for Christmas - what a memory that brought back (even though I was a preschooler when it came out, I remember it being popular later in the 1950's, too). Ditto for Bing Crosby and Gene Autry. Celtic Woman sang Silent Night wonderfully. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to you, Mike. Happy that you have posted in our merry music group once again this holiday season.
